Jefferson County Juniors was established in 1990 as a
non-profit organization dedicated to training the top
Southeast Texas athletes.  JCJ has a very clear set of
objectives and goals that are designed to benefit the
individual as well as the team and organization.
Our coaches strive to teach the fundamentals of volleyball,
the development of positive attitudes,
making hard work a passion, discipline, change is a must,
teamwork, being a communicator, being a competitor,
the importance of preparation for top level competition,
and gain recruiting exposure.
