| Jefferson County Juniors 14-18’s Club Payment Schedule 2010-2011 Please Download our Payment Schedule for your records TOTAL FEES- $1,100.00 Payments are made monthly 1st payment- $400.00 due 1st practice - November 11, 2010 2nd Payment- $250.00 - due December 6, 2010 3rd payment- $250.00 - due January 3, 2011 4th payment- $200.00- due February 3, 2011 Payments can be made to the player's coach or to the club director at the time of practice. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! No exceptions! Please do not ask! IF PAYMENTS ARE LATE, THERE WILL BE A LATE CHARGE OF $20.00 FOR EVERY WEEK YOU ARE LATE. IF YOU ARE DELINQUENT IN YOUR PAYMENT, YOUR DAUGHTER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PRACTICE OR PLAY IN ANY TOURNAMENT UNTIL YOUR ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE. IF YOUR DAUGHTER DOES NOT FINISH THE SEASON THERE WILL BE A $250.00 DEPOSIT AT THE BEGINNING OF NEXT SEASON BEFORE SHE CAN TRYOUT AGAIN. IF YOUR TEAM CANCELS A TOURNAMENT AND WE DO NOT GET REFUNDED, THEN YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, AND IT WILL COUNT AS ONE OF YOUR TOURNAMENTS! IF YOU HAVE COMMITTED TO THESE TEAMS, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL TOURNAMENTS AND PRACTICES. IF UNABLE TO MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS, YOUR DAUGHTER WILL BE RELEASED FROM THE TEAM. |
